Would BodyTite fix the postpartum skin wrinkles in my abdomen? (photos)

Question

I am 1 year postpartum and had a natural delivery. I have lost all of my baby weight and am continuing to lose weight thanks to changes in my diet and lifestyle. However my belly button and the skin around it is very wrinkled and loose. I only have a very small pouch of fat in that area, and I have an abdomen coolsculpting treatment coming up to try to help with the pouch fat a bit. Would BodyTite for my abdomen help to fix the wrinkles on my stomach/bellybutton?

You probably need some sort of skin removal to be happy, but this really just depends upon your expectations and your plans to birth additional children.  BodyTite is a non-excisional device that utilizes radio-frequency assisted lipolysis (RFAL) to address the shortcomings often associated with traditional liposuction or surgical body and face lifts, including sagging or wrinkly skin and scarring, by inserting a wand under the skin to coagulate inside while tightening the skin on top. Bodytite will improve the wrinkles. I suggest seeing a board certified plastic surgeon who has experience with bodytite and that can examine your tummy in person to evaluate any muscle separation you may have. The gold standard to improve abdominal contour is still a tummy tuck. The  advantage with bodytite is no scar and minimal downtime compared to tummy tuck surgery. If you are willing to accept the scar and a 2 week recovery, tummy tuck surgery will, in most cases be the better option that ultimately results in a better aesthetic outcome. If you are not willing to accept the scar and downtime and you do have a certain degree of muscle separation, then bodytite will result in improvement in the amount of wrinkles as long as you are also willing to give up a 100% improvement with tummy tuck surgery. Regards,

While BodyTite is an excellent method for tightening skin, in you case I am not sure you would achieve the degree of improvement you desire. A skin reduction procedure with or without minimal abdominal wall tightening would achieve the best results.
