Great question. I am sorry for your post op difficulties. At 4 weeks post op you are still early in your recovery process. It can take up to 3-6 months to see your final results. Keep following up with your surgeon to rule out any fluid collection.

Massaging the area in a circular fashion 5 minutes per day twice a day for 6 weeks will begin to improve these hard areas.Regards,
