Is it possible to use body hair for an eyebrow transplant?

I have fine, low density hair on my scalp bf have anxiety over the thought of even less hair on my hair as I barely have any. Ideally I would use body hair in place of scalp hair but have not been able to find a surgeon to do this.

Hello and thank you for your question. I understand your reluctance of using your scalp hair. Sadly, body hair has a very low chance of surviving for various reasons. Perhaps most surgeons you have spoken with aren't willing due to the low survival rate. I wish you the best of luck.

Any hair below your neck may only have a 1 out of 4 chance of surviving. Your best option is scalp hair. The average donor area has around 15k follicular units. In the worst-case scenario, your eyebrows would require 300 grafts on each side.
