ThermiTight can, in some patients, reduce the appearance of cellulite for more than a few years after the procedure.  I do not expect this to be a cure as cellulite is a chronic condition and continues to evolve as the patient ages. If there is improvement in the contour after ThermiTight, Cellulite will continue to show its appearance but there will be less indentations having had the ThermiTight.The distribution of cellulite and its density of affected areas per unit volume, varies from patient to patient. The treatment can take hours to perform so expect, regardless of the geographic location in the United States, that it will cost a few thousand dollars.  The treatment might have to be compartmentalized into different subunits such as the front and outer thighs, and then return for the buttocks and back of the thighs, as there is a limit to the amount of local anesthetic that can be administered.The information provided in Dr. Shelton's
