Hi I am 50yrs old had a breast reduction 8mos. ago and I have developed itchy nipples and very tender breast tissue, my right more than left. Developed infecation 3 days after surgery in left breast. Dr said oh it's nothing, 6weeks later she said it was total infected. Had to have an emergancy deburrment surgery.

You will love the results of a reduction, and your neck and shoulder will thank you. The boxy results are due to different things, but some is to surgeon's techniques. If this occurs, a revision in the office can be done. Most do not have the boxy results.
