Why is there lumps and bits of puss under my vaginas hair follicles after I got my laser hair removal done?

I recicently got my laser don’t last Saturday and I haven’t had it don’t for about 2 months now it did hurt a lot more then my last session and after a few day it was very painful and has some red spots all around it and some have puss in them. There are very painful and red and get itchy. There is little lumps and bits of puss under each hair follicle.
