Hi! I’m a medium dark complected African American female in my mid 30’s with 4b curly hair. I’ve had two successful sessions with the YAG. And that includes ingrown hairs from plucking over more than a decade. I’m supposed to do a total of 9, but I’ve I’ve read that 6 sessions is 90% removal in most cases. Can I get away with less? It’s as local chain, and though my technician is very knowledgeable, I just want a second opinion. Thanks for your help!

You should be seeing your doctor regularly for management. Hopefully he/she is a cosmetic dermatologist familiar with lasers and their side effects. This will get better- but you will need more than ICE balm.
