Can I Bleach my Face (Use a Bleaching Cream to Bleach my Facial Hair) 1 Month After Co2 Fractional Laser Treatment?

I want to bleach my face since i have some facial hair. It is been a month since i got a co2 fractional laser treatment done. My scars have lighten but the area that was operated is still a little red. Let me know if i should bleach my face.
