Thank you for your question and photos.  My personal preference for reducing fat, especially under the chin is Vaser Liposuction, using their micro-tools.  ThermiTight would be a good adjunct if there is still some lose skin afterwards.  A non-surgical option would be Kybella, but that would likely take 2-3 treatments, possibly more, to get the result you want and you would still likely require something for skin tightening.  I would not recommend surgical excision of the buccal fat pad; there is a good chance you may regret that as you get older and those fat pads start to shrink and droop.  Your face could end up looking too hollow in the long run.
