I have been using a Adapalene (0.1%) for around 12 days every other night and have experienced the side effect of diffused redness (rosacea). It has caused small broken capillaries under my eyes and top of cheeks to appear more defined and caused those that weren't really visible before to appear more visible. Is the side effect is permanent and they will forever be this present from now on? Or will they fade back to their previous state after use for the appropriate time?
