About a year ago I had restalyne under my eyes and the eye that has the lump was significantly more bruised than the other eye when I had it done. Now when I smile, I have this lump that pops up below my eye and it looks awful. What is the lump and what can I do to fix it?

There should be no issue with having surgery after Restylane injections. The Restylane injections will have no impact upon the procedure nor should the procedure have any impact upon the Restylane.
Thank you for your question. This looks like vascular compromise as the area is dusky after filler injection. Please follow up with your board certified Dermatologist for proper evaluation and management including filler reversal with hyaluronidase and possible conservative laser...
There's no evidence that Restylane is unsafe for patients with various autoimmune disorders. Generally speaking, Restylane's safety profile is excellent, and I have many patients with various autoimmune diseases that get excellent results with this filler.
