The combination of finasteride and aldactone both work on Androgen dependent hair loss. If you're not seeing a response, I would do a complete workup including history, examination, blood work and biopsy. The diagnosis has to be certain. Many women have multifactorial hair loss with a strong inflammatory component. Neither of these two medications effectively deal with this issue.  PRP does have some anti-inflammatory effect however this may be mitigated when used with A cell. Find a hair loss expert, ask to see photos.PRPHAIRMD.COM 

Androgen blockade has the potential to be help female pattern hair loss. Caution is needed with any hormone blocker due to significant harm that can come to a developing baby were a woman to become pregnant on any hormone blocker. The combination of hormone blockers can work even better than one alone provided the patient actually has a truly androgen responsive hair loss condition. Most men do. But not all women do. First, you should not take finasteride at age 27 as a female.  Finasteride can cause birth defects.  Stop this immediately.

You should add minoxidil 1.25 mg per day orally and Wnt-act available at the amazon store.  Wnt-act was shown effective in female loss by noted hair loss researcher, Antonella Tosti, from the University of Miami.  Oral minoxidil is superior to topical minoxidil in women. 
Topical spironolactone might be superior to oral.  
As a female, you should test your hormone levels including a DHEA level to rule out other causes of hair loss.  Sometimes a biopsy is good to confirm a diagnosis in women.  

Since there are not a lot of drugs that are FDA approved to treat FPHL, there are many off label uses for other drugs.  Both of those have shown efficacy in LIMITED circumstances, so you need to find a doc who has experience using them, but yes, they can be options.
