Is Finasteride and Aldactone combined useful for female patterned hair loss?

First, you should not take finasteride at age 27 as a female.  Finasteride can cause birth defects.  Stop this immediately.  
Aldactone or spironolactone can improve female hair loss.  
You should add minoxidil 1.25 mg per day orally and Wnt-act available at the amazon store.  Wnt-act was shown effective in female loss by noted hair loss researcher, Antonella Tosti, from the University of Miami.  Oral minoxidil is superior to topical minoxidil in women. 
Topical spironolactone might be superior to oral.  
As a female, you should test your hormone levels including a DHEA level to rule out other causes of hair loss.  Sometimes a biopsy is good to confirm a diagnosis in women.
