Hi:It is normal to feel the junction between your tooth and the veneer since the veneer does not cover the entire back surface of the tooth.  This is one of the reasons why veneer preparation is much more conservative than a crown.Best,Dr. Maddahi

What you are feeling is very normal. Sometime you can feel the junction between the veneer and tooth structure. If this bothers you your dentist may be able to poslih this surface and make it smoother.
