Volume is volume so 400cc is larger than 365 cc's. However #highprofileimplants have more projection and less width. Here is a more detailed explanation: It is very difficult to determine the exact size and shape implant you will require to best match your ideal breast image without an examination by a board certified plastic surgeon. Not just any board certified plastic surgeon, but one with many years of frequently performing #breastaugmentation surgery including different approaches, techniques and implant choices. This is because several measurements not to mention your breast characteristics are needed to determine the optimal implant size to obtain your goals. Without knowing these dimensions it would be difficult to make this determination. For example, the existing base width of your breast will determine, in many cases, the maximal volume per implant profile that you can accommodate. To illustrate; a 100 cc difference may make a significant difference with a narrow base width breast, but much less of a difference if you have a wide chest wall and wide breast “foot print”. Thank you for your question.The implants size is largest than the other regardless if it´s high profile or moderate profile. The size normally looks different because of the fat tissue inside the breast. This is a big factor when it comes to sizing the breast implant too.

The volume of your implant is bigger however that does not always mean that it will "look" bigger.  A high profile implant will have more projection, and may appear bigger.  Moderate implants are wider in dimension and will not project as much- this may be why there is a difference.  You must also consider that everyone's chest wall anatomy is different.  Even though she is "larger", her chest wall may sit higher than yours so her implants will project more.  

you have to know what your friend started with in terms of native tissues.  A 400 cc implant is ALWAYS larger than a 365 cc implant but the dimensions are different between the two you are comparing.  I would speculate your friend had more tissue to start with resulting in the difference... or it could be an illusion due to her higher profile.

Even if you both were identical twins, your breast were still not be the same before or after surgery. There is a different in the type of implant you both have on, in your case you have a bigger implant but is more wide and your friend has less cc but the shape of her implant the projection is forward meaning it has all the volume to the front instead all around.
