Big round forehead and huge eyes: What does my nose need? (Photo)

Dear germangirl1990, I remember your name from earlier posts last year. I am sorry that you are still experiencing unhappiness from your surgery. It is very difficult in the photographs shown above to answer what should be done to your nose. Rhinoplasty surgery is done with the entire facial aesthetics of the patient being taken into account. As you state you have a high forehead etc it would be helpful to have an entire view of your facial features. Best regards, Michael V. Elam, M.D.
