Can wearing a slightly lose bandana or a beanie hamper the growth of transplanted hair?

It's been 36 days since I got a hair transplant. I was a regular gym goer but of course, didn't go to gym since a month now as instructed not to. I want to ask if wearing a slightly lose bandana or beanie; roughly for 2 hours in a day would hamper the transplanted hair. I got a transplant on both sides or my head. Before the transplant my doctor asked me not to wear as it puts lot of stress on the existing hair. Thank you so much.

Answer: Wearing a hat or beanie one month after surgery should be fine. If you're concerned it's a good idea to check with your doctor.
