What can I do to remove the red dots and scars from my face after CO2 laser?

I have done 4 session of co2 laser and now my face is some red dot and big scare of my face so what could i do for remove red dot and scares? If i continued co2 laser or any other treatment give me suggestion.

It is not uncommon for undereye swelling to develop transiently after fractional co2 laser. In our office, we ask patients to use SwellX tablets and massage with Plato's Bruise Balm. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Los Angeles

I suggest you get on aggressive skin lightening at this time.  sun protection and light peels can help as well.  this will resolve but will take time. you need a cosmetic dermatologist with experience to treat you at this point. Best, Dr. Emer.

Thank you for your question. It is common to have hyperpigmentation or even hypopigmentation after an ablative laser. I always recommend to pretreat with a lightening cream such as hydroquinone 2 weeks prior to the procedure to reduce the risk of hypo/hyper pigmentation. follow up with your...

Subcision can be done simultaneously with fractional co2 or fractional RF treatments. If you do the fractional co2 laser first, then you may want to wait a few days for the skin to epithelialize before a subcision.  In our office, we obtain excellent results with these combinations. Best,...
