I have hair loss so I had used minoxidil 10% and salicyclic acid in my scalp for last 4 weeks . now i had a white mark in my upper face skin and my doctor prescribed me Clindamycin and nicotinamide skin gel for to apply in effected area i used that skin gel for last 2 weeks but i cant see any chenges to the white mark but that mark is effected in more areas ...... please help me what i do ? is the skin gel is use full for me ? how can i get normal skin tone

You had a bad reaction to a medication.  You need to see a doctor for treatment.  The best help is going to come from your doctor who can examine you and treat you.  Doctors on the Internet are not your doctors and cannot treat your medical condition.

Speak to an experienced dermatologist to assess whether pigment has been lost temporarily or permanently. Both scenarios are possible here. Some individuals with darker skin experience  temporary hypopigmentation which often shows some degree of improvement over time.

As you are already seeing a doctor, follow through with that doctor. I can not tell from the pictures, but if you bleached your skin, this might be permanent. Ask your doctor. If this does not go away, the use of scalp micropigmentation might have value as a permanent concealer in the hands of an experience person (see web reference below)
