Salicylic acid burn. What should I do? (photo)

I have hair loss so I had used minoxidil 10% and salicyclic acid in my scalp for last 4 weeks . now i had a white mark in my upper face skin and my doctor prescribed me Clindamycin and nicotinamide skin gel for to apply in effected area i used that skin gel for last 2 weeks but i cant see any chenges to the white mark but that mark is effected in more areas ...... please help me what i do ? is the skin gel is use full for me ? how can i get normal skin tone

Based on the photo you may end up with a Norwood 5 or 6 pattern as you age. If you think otherwise, you can see a doctor for a proper exam.

Your photos, your masturbation habits, grey hair, and wide scalp/forehead has no correlation.  Not sure how you may think they are all realated.

You can shampoo your hair as many times as you would like. It does not affect genetic balding. If you feel shampooing makes your hair / scalp dry, then shampoo less.

There is no way to explain why you have a small bump on your chin. If you are concerned you should see a doctor for an exam.  The opinions or information on the Internet would be at best guesses and it would not lead to a solution or a treatment.

If you only apply minoxidil in certain places you shouldn't expect hair growth elsewhere (where you are not applying it). This seems logical.
