Pimple problem due to usage of skin lite or minoxidil on face. Any suggestions?

Hello , I have used skinlite on my face for 2 months and also used minoxidil 10 to get beard but now I'm getting pimples on my face.I don't know what is the reason whether skinlite or minoxidil made my skin like this. Is there any treatment for this.the size of pimples are getting small in the morning and they are turning big in the evening ..please say what is the problem with my skin...
