1 months post op, is it normal for my nose to block after Septoplasty?

i did my septoplasty a month ago. i still have stuffed nose with a very sticky nasal discharge and small amount of blood. is this normal? what can i do to control it. i normally clean my nose with normal water.

Post nasal surgery some bleeding and blockage can occur.  Nasal rinses and good post op care are often all that is required and over time the nose heals.
