Bleeding is not a usual side effect of Microdermabrasion treatment. Please seek medical advice .

Bleeding is not an expected side effect of MICROdermabrasion. I would seek help from a board certified dermatologist as soon as possible, who can help you manage this complication and hopefully prevent scarring.

Good luck!
