Scratches after Diamond Microdermabrasion and glycolic peel same day. What to do? (photos)

I had my second diamond microderm treatment today followed by a 65% glycolic peel with a lavender mask placed after. I noticed I had scratches all over my face, obviously from the microderm. Is this user error or is this a normal thing that can happen?? Any suggestions what to apply to it to hasten the healing of these scratches??

Hi Tanning beds can prove to be dangerous for the skin increasing the risks of Cancer. The bumps should go with time and gentle exfoliation.  Hope this helps.
