Can we change our spray from Minoxidil 5%, Aminexil 1.5% solution to Minoxidil 5 percent solution alone?

male ....d doc prescribed minoxidil 5 percent ,aminexil 1.5 percent solution..I wasn't happy with the results after using it for 3 months..so he prescribed me regaine(5percent minoxidil) solution ..I'm using it for 4 months ..n I'm still losing hair..my density has reduced a lot..n now I feel that the first solution is a lot better than this one..now my hairs r more thinner than my father..I still Hav thick hairs..but I Hav lost half of which I had before the treatment..I'm 22..wat should I do

Good question:Most people who start Propecia don't shed.  I've seen more shedding in folks starting Minoxidil.You should start it, you really don't have anything to lose as far as the hair goes.  A percentage of men have sexualside effects.Dr John Frank, MDNew YorkOhio

Prospects blocks DHT from locking onto predisposed hair follicles and staving off hair loss. As long as you use it, the effects last. Once you stop it, hair loss will occur. The rates of loss vary, but inevitable.
