What can I do for the bumps on my nose? (photos)

i am 33 years old now i have these small bumps on nose for the past 7 years they never go away i am fair skin and even they are of the same colour i consulted few of the dermatologist and they gave different different opinions one said its clogged whiteheads and the other said its the begining of rhinophyma and recommended fraxel laser but said it might leave marks what are the best options available without any complications in future.thank you

Fractional laser is an amazing and highly effective treatment in our office. We use the laser treatment to help with acne scars, large pores, fine wrinkles, tissue collagen loss, scars, sebaceous hyperplasia, active acne, and for brightening dark pigmentation. Although there are very strong fractional lasers such as CO2 laser, we use lighter treatments for corrective skincare and maintenance of results. Our Thulium fractional laser, clear and brilliant laser, and Ultra Thulium laser are excellent options in our clinic. We also perform CO2 fractional and erbium depending on skin tone and tolerance for downtime. Patients do have to use a Melarase cream before and after treatment to help further reduce pigmentation after laser. Dark spots can improve with these treatments. I recommend fractional laser for incisional scars as well, especially after plastic surgery.

The appearance of the bumps in the pictures you have included is typical of sebaceous hyperplasia (enlarged oil glands).  The bumps can be treated by electrodessication (with a numbing injection) or laser treatment. I recommend consulting with a dermatologist or dermatologic surgeon ( a board-certified dermatologist with additional training in skin surgery) for treatment. In my experience, creams are not effective in reducing or preventing the appearance of sebaceous hyperplasia. Some people have a tendency to develop these and get multiple enlarged oil glands. Periodic treatments will help to keep your complexion smoother.

The nasal tip has a lot of sebaceous oil glands within it.  You appear to have some sebaceous hyperplasia.Your day to day skin regimen can to a large extent control this issue for you.  A salicylic based cleanser, toner or skin preparation can help control this predilection.  Chemical peels can also help.  I would start there and only move onto laser therapies if these fail to fully address your concerns.
