How can I restore functionality after a free nipple graft? (photos)

Hello docs. I am 22 & had my breast reduction surgery almost a year ago. I wanted to stay locally & wanted my procedure done ASAP, but I think I was too rash. My breasts were definitely very, very large, but I have since come to learn that a FNG was not necessary. I am absolutely devastated, like sobbing as I write this. I just want to know what can be done to get back to as normal breasts as possible. I am curious about resensation surgery to fix my sexual nerves & more projection in my nipples

Thanks for your question! Unfortunately, there isn't a way to change your nipple functionality at this point. From a cosmetic standpoint, your breasts look symmetrical and nice so I hope that makes you feel a little better. Good luck!

I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.
