Is it safe to get filler in the nose after rhinoplasty?

Question

I had a rhinoplasty using ear cartilage and silicone implant in 2017. Now that my nose has settled I've noticed that my nose bridge and tip are not as high and defined as I would like. Is it possible and safe to inject filler in the dorsum and tip? What kind of filler is recommended? For longer lasting results, is it safe to use Bellafill or PDO threads?

It is likely you can get fillers in your nose at this point, but keep in mind this procedure requires a tremendous amount of precision and knowledge of facial anatomy to achieve a positive result. I advise you to find a board-certified dermatologist who performs this type of rhinoplasty regularly to ensure your procedure is both safe and successful.

its very risky after. this type of procedure to get filler you can risk damaging your nose or getting necrosis where the filler goes into a blood vessel. if you are unhappy I would get a revison procedure. i do a significant amount of noses and I will suggest against you doing any permanent fillers or any on the tip of your nose post this type of procedure.
