Can Pulsed Dye Laser like Vbeam be used when you have dermal fillers?

I have a few red acne marks (not scars) after a break out on my cheeks. I have radiesse in my cheeks and JUVEDERM in my laugh lines. Is it safe to do Vbeam ? Will it effect or dissolve my dermal fillers? What is the best way to eliminate post acne red marks Thanks! :)

The VBEAM laser should work to decrease redness but the settings, type of technique, and interval of treatment can affect results. Your doctor may be treating you conservatively, thus, you may need more treatments. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Los Angeles

Vbeam shouldn't affect pore size. What you are probably seeing as enlarged pores is from swelling and coagulated blood from the heavy bruising. Bruising can happen with Vbeam but typically not to this degree. Anyone undergoing cosmetic treatments that have an impact on blood vessels should...
