My forehead is sloped and I am wondering if there is a procedure that can move it slightly forward and vertical? Also if you could describe what happens in the procedure? Thanks

The forehead protrusions to which your refer as known as forehead 'horns". They are bony protrusions,usually bilateral, that appear at the upper half of the forehead. They can be reduced fairly easily by bone burring through either a hairline or a more posterior scalp incision.

It is certainly possible to do a brow lift on one side but there might be more to your asymmetry than the brow alone. There may be orbital bone asymmetry and/or ptosis as well.
