Linear bumps and red dots 6 days after injecting Botox in forehead, is that normal? (photos)

I loved my 3 previous masseter botox treatments. Last Wed October 25, I had my 1st forehead 8 units botox treatment. However, the linear bump starts to appear on the 2nd day and 6 days passed still remain the same size. From yesterday, there are some red spots appeared on my forehead and exactly where the needle points of injecting the botox. My clinic told me to wait at least 1.5 week for the result to show. I think these bumps and dots are not normal and I'm very worried. Please help!Thank you

Hi 92 Polo.  The dots you point out in the photos do not appear to be associated with your treatment.  These appear to be small acne papules or milia.  Regarding the bump on the forehead, are you animating (pulling upward) while taking this photo?  If so, this could be your natural forehead musculature contracting.  To know for sure, we would need to have seen you animate (move the forehead upward) before treatment and also see you animate on the other side.  Botox causes the relaxation of muscles. When this happens, especially in the forehead, other muscles can compensate and create a different topography.  If you have concerns, we would recommend going back to your injector after 2 weeks to review the before photos. Hi Dear 
Usually it takes time that all the muscles relax, you might have to wait 2 weeks. If you need more Botox you Doctor can inject more Botox in that area.
