Hello, I am 25 years old and I lost 10 kilos in a month last year. Then I had gaps in various places on my face. I am especially uncomfortable with the line on the edge of the mouth, it makes me look unhappy. In the same way, I have sagging in my neck. Do I need to have surgery because my cheeks are down, should I have an endoscopic middle face lift or will the filling be enough?

Although you are very young, still a deep plane facelift will help you achieve a well defined jaw line, and reduction in jowls. Fat transfer to the midface can be done at the same time to reduce the depressed areas from loss of collagen.
