Hello, Due to an overdose of YAG laser (to remove a venule under the eye, near the nose), an aesthetic doctor caused atrophy (or fat cells loss ?) under the tear trough, up to my left cheekbone (Pictures). However, I had not asked him to intervene in this part of the face which is now asymmetrical. Today I hesitate between an injection of Sculptra or hyaluronic acid but which lasts more than a year. What do you recommend ? I know it's a dangerous area because there are a lot of arteries

There is no data about how anything can impact the results of RLT because there is no data to show that RLT has any effect. That's right. RLT has no data showing any efficacy. It's like IV vitamins. Useless. Stop wasting your money.
