Will I benefit more from tear trough filler or Morpheus 8?

Question

I have had tear trough filler 2/3 times in the past, however, on one eye I have a 'fat pad' advised by my injector. So they dissolved my tear trough and have advised me to have Morpheus 8, I have read very mixed reviews and am worried. What do you guys think after looking at my photos?

You don’t really have to tear troughs. I generally never recommend having fillers injected into the lower eyelid especially in a female his skin is extremely thin. Hyaluronic acid filler treatment usually results in a bag formation in the majority of individuals as time goes by. I always recommend creating more fullness and better proportions with the use of fat grafting techniques which I developed in the early 1990s. With the proper technique in fat grafting, the results are extremely natural and permanent. I hope this helps and good luck from New York City plastic surgery
