Accutane for type 1 rosacea - will it help reduce facial swelling? (photos)

Question

I am going on low dose accutane for type 1 rosacea with mild swelling. I believe I have KP or PD as well. Will accutane make these worse or help? Will it actually reduce my facial swelling? I’m a little afraid to go on it but desperate for better skin and no swelling,

Low dose Accutane  will definitely help you with rosacea.
May not help you with KP

Yes it should help quite a bit!  It may help with the KP's as well! 
Don't be scared it is a wonderful medication and quite monitored!
