Accutane for type 1 rosacea - will it help reduce facial swelling? (photos)

I am going on low dose accutane for type 1 rosacea with mild swelling. I believe I have KP or PD as well. Will accutane make these worse or help? Will it actually reduce my facial swelling? I’m a little afraid to go on it but desperate for better skin and no swelling,
