How long after Novathreads in the face can you have a laser, or IPL procedure? (Photo)

This is a great question. There is some talk about using radio frequency (not the IPL) to actually soften threads that are placed too close to the skin and have a bulge. So the interpretation of this is that a lot of heat may softened or weaken the threads. However the IPL is not generating a lot of heat deep into the tissue so you actually should be just fine with this treatment after threads.

Thank you for your photo. There are no restrictions on having a laser treatment after Nova Threads so you should be ok. However, I recommend, getting a formal evaluation from your provider. Please make sure you get a in person consultation from a board-certified dermatologist. 

I would recommend speaking to your surgeon about your concerns, as each doctor has his or her own protocol on the matter. Depending on what type and threadlift technique you received, your answers may be different. Best of luck.
