The skin of the tear trough area is very thin and has a tendency to bruise more than other areas. If the area bruises, it will be discolored. As the bruise is metabolized, it will change from purple to a more yellowish/green. The discoloration is from the extracellular blood and hemosiderin deposits under the skin (a normal occurrence with bruising). Best of luck.
Some of the causes for yellow brown discoloration of the skin after injections could be hemosiderin staining if you bruised in that area. This is iron deposit from blood in the tissues. Another consideration is that if you tan easily or have more pigment in your skin you may be experiencing post inflammatory hyper pigmentation. Keep in mind the product may look different in darker skin types than it does in lighter skin, but either way it usually means it was placed too superficially. Time will usually resolve this but you can have it dissolved if you don't want to wait it out.

Random swelling 2 months after a filler is not usual; but it may be related to sodium intake in your diet resulting in fluid retention. In addition you may have excess product in your lip pressing on vessels. When the product swells it can put extra pressure on vessels causing compression...
This will definitely improve and can be normal after an injection in this location. Your immediate response is one of the primary reasons why I use cannulas for periorbital injections: there is less bruising and swelling. Cannulas allow for delivery of the product with only one poke and th...
I always tell my patients that they shouldn't massage on their own. Return to your injector and have them do it for you. This will minimize the risk of displacement.
The risk of blindness from any injection in the tear trough area is extremely rare. I have personally never seen this happen. Belotero would not have any less risk of causing this complication than Restylane, or any other filler.
Theoretically, a laser should not break down Belotero, although if a client were chosing to two procedures, laser and an injectable, I would recommend undergoing laser procedure first. The Belotero should not be injected immediately prior to a laser procedure or immediately following...
