How can I treat bulging superficial vascular vein after facelift?

I had a mini facelift last year, along with a couple other procedures, and I have noticed I have developed a weird bulging vein on the left side of my face. I am not sure how I can treat this, answers or help will be greatly appreciated! Picture attached

You've had a liplift, but you will benefit from a corner lift to get the sides of your mouth elevated. I do those regularly in the office and they are very effective for this issue. We could also likely improve some other facial features if desired.
