Marks after ProFractional Laser are still visible two month after. Is there anything I can do to improve it? (photos)

I had red- brown scars on my calves. My doctor treated it couple times with IPL. Then she suggested to do pro fractional laser. It was pretty painful and area was bleeding for almost 2 days. Two month after I still have round red laser mark on my caves. I can clearly see laser pattern on it. I terrified it will stay like this permanently. I was told to apply biocorneum and just wait. I am very concerned. What else I can do to improve it?

Lasers will not TIGHTEN skin. if you want laxity to improve you will need a facelift or to compromise with regular micorneedling RF treatments like morpheus every 2-3 months. if you watn a BIG change in texture and some wrinkling around the eyes and mouth, CO2 is better then contour OR...
