Sciton Contour TRL vs. ProFractional.

Question

Which is better for overall facial tightening and rejuvenation? Is it best to combine during a single treatment? Curious what each does and which one actually produces more tightening and collagen growth.. 55 yo female downtime is not a factor. Really looking for 1 treatment only and would love to achieve a “Blepharoplasty” effect around eyes and address laxity around mouth. :)

lasers will not TIGHTEN skin. if you want laxity to improve you will need a facelift or to compromise with regular micorneedling RF treatments like morpheus every 2-3 months. if you watn a BIG change in texture and some wrinkling around the eyes and mouth, CO2 is better then contour OR profractional.
I do on myself and im 40, halo/profractional every 3-4 months, cosmelan every 1-3 months at home, and co2 laser every 12-18 month. I do co2 or contour around my eyes and mouth every 6-12 months but also do plasma pen between. sounds like you need more realistic expectations AND a better long term treatment plan.  start peels at home now!

at home peels like cosmelan, enlighten and aerify along with dermarolling (MTS roller with anteage MD ampules weekly, see linkt) should be started now to prevent further aging.

For facial rejuvenation,  I would suggest a combination approach of 
1) skin care with products and PRP/microneedling
2) PDT light therapy few times a month with growth factors
3) laser treatments like clear and brilliant regularly and a few times a year Fraxel/halo Viva, Co2/Erbium
4) Sculptra injections a few times a year for collagen production with fillers like juvederm/restylane/belotero/radiesse/bellafill
5) thermage/ultherapy for yearly skin tightening with or without PDO or cone based instalift threads for lifting
6) botox every 2-3 months to stop movement lines and prevent lines at rest
7) deep microneedling RF like Fractora/morpheus8 for tightening of the skin
8) Vascular laser like vbeam/excel V or BBL forever young treatment every quarter (3-4 months)

Combining full-field Erbium at minimum around the mouth and eyes (but usually best full-face), with ProFractional can give great results. “Healing time” is actually the time for the skin to “heal-over” / de-epithelialize &mdash; but ongoing post-laser redness is expected for often 8-12 weeks (so camouflage plan is key). And sun-protection is essential to prevent post-laser hyperpigmentation.
