Forehead augmentation with bone cement. Any good surgeons that can perform this operation?

any good surgeon out there who can perform forehead augmentation using bone cement ?? I did this surgery before in Hackensack,NJ by supposely a top dr and he really did a sloppy job...I have a dent in my forehead and the doctor was suppose to fill it in. After the swelling went down and $9000 later, my forehead shape is more concaved. You see the surgeon did not do what we agreed to do. He said he didnt want to spoil my nose ridge that is why he didnt do it.....
