Forehead augmentation with bone cement. Any good surgeons that can perform this operation?

Having done many forehead augmentations by bone cements, one of its most frequent problems is irregularities. For his reason I largely do such forehead augmentations using custom made implants from the patent's 3D CT scan, assuring a good fit and smooth contours. The question in your case is whether you need to modify the bone cement you already have in or whether it is best to just replace it with a whole new implant approach. That would depend one what type of change you seek. By reading your inquiry you mentioned the lack of implant extension down into the frontonasal junction. (nose ridge) Regardless of what was discussed before surgery, trying to put bone cement done into this tight frontonasal pocket is very difficult to do and is usually not done with a soft cement material that must be shaped and be free of any overlying pressure as it sets firm. 

Although there may be some general plastic surgeons out there willing to do this procedure, your best bet would be to seek out a craniofacial plastic surgeon since they do these procedures routinely.  I see that you are in Belleville, IL, so I would recommend looking at one of the academic centers in St. Louis such as Washington U.  Good luck!
