Is this normal after a chemical peel? (photo)

So I had clogged pokes my dermatologist did extractions then chemical peel which was on for less than 4 minutes and now my chin area where I have acne looks like this. Is this normal, will it go away, or am I going to scar???? It's only been 24 hours ​
