Is it legal to perform Teeth Whitening without any qualifications or training?

As a rule, any  color drink that will stain your white t shirt, will stain your teeth.  Especially stay away from red wines, black coffee and product like turmeric and all the colorful drinks.  

Go to a dentist for help unless you want to risk ruining your teeth while attempting to perform procedures which could likely damage your teeth.

You can definitely whiten your teeth. Your teeth happen to be the shade that they are, but it doesn't prevent you from whitening. You may need to use a more concentrated whitening formula to get a great result, but you're teeth will look better than they do now.

Any clear liquids should be fine to drink after teeth whitening. Avoid red sauce, red wines and dark liquids as well.All the best,
