While i am whitening my teeth home what else should i avoid other than ( colas , coffe , tea, red wine) i wanna ask can i drink( lemon juice, white wine , beer, seven up or soda, whiskey) and what substitute for coffee can i drink because im so used to drinking coffee many times a day and i have a job ... thank you
