Just for clarification: I am not the most disciplined when it comes to teeth hygiene but I want to change that. My lower teeth are more stained than the upper ones and have some plaque buildup which I will also be getting removed. My only concern is that I won’t be able to whiten my teeth up to a certain level. Ideally I would like to get a B1 shade(brightest and whitest shade). I’m willing to undergo multiple in clinic procedures aswell as use whitening strips. Is it achievable or unrealistic?
