I recently had gum graft surgery performed by Dr. Lopez and the experience was nothing short of exceptional! He is professional, caring, and highly skilled. The entire procedure was explained in detail, which really put my mind at ease. The surgery itself went smoothly, and I was amazed at how little discomfort I felt both during and after the procedure. The recovery process was clearly outlined, and they followed up to make sure I was healing well. The results are incredible, and my gums look and feel healthier than ever. I highly recommend Dr. Lopez and his team. It was a 5-star experience all the way!”
I had an excellent experience with Dr Lopez. He replaced an old crown. He’s knowledgeable, experienced, and handles many different types of dental cases. The office staff and hygienists are also fantastic.
He is the most kind, gentle dentist! During procedures he uses more water to clean, better than my prior dentist. He is never judgemental. He provides me with treatment plans and sticks with each plan. I recommend him highly!

Where do I start? I had the best experience with Dr. Lopez. He made both of my visits comfortable and relaxed. Always gentle with your teeth but extremely effective with the result. Speedy and efficient service. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Thank you all.
Throughout the entire appointment, I felt comfortable and relaxed. Santiago and the staff are friendly and attentive, and they take the time to explain everything to you in a way that you understand. You feel confident that you are in good hands.
I find Dr Lopez and his staff to be pleasant and caring people. The atmosphere of the office is calm and quiet. I was impressed how well they matched my new crown to my existing teeth. The Doctor's level of concern for an existing gum problem and his efforts to solve it were also impressive in my book. Would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Lopez and staff for any Dental work.

Hello there!, almost any tooth can be replaced with an implant if there is sufficient bone around the area around the tooth to replace. I know lower anterior teeth are tricky to replace with implants, but there is plenty of implant selection, as far as sizes and diameters, that make the task doable. So don't worry, if you need and implant to replace a small tooth, just make sure you do it right away to preserve the bone around the space.
Hello there, don't wait to get the molar restored and treated, you can save it!. When a root canal is done, the filling or material placed where the missing tooth is, is not sufficient to provide enough strength to resist biting forces, I think that's why the previous molar fractured, when you don't protect it right away, it can fracture and you end up losing all the work completed. So don't wait for this to happen to the other tooth, take care of it and restore it with a crown right away. I had done crowns on 18 and 19 year olds, to prevent losing molars at a very early stage.
Hello there, I believe it can be fixed!, the key to the whole outcome when it comes to implant crowns is to determine which esthetic material is the best for each patient, depending on how their natural are, how much chroma, translucency and hue the patient has on their natural teeth. These factors determine which porcelain will be better to restore the implants and always trying tasty away from metal copings or metal abutments, to prevent the dark chroma from them. I prefer to use zirconia custom abutments on all anterior implant restorations and a selection of lithium disilicate or feldspathic, to provide a more natural looking teeth, being able to resemble translucency and enamel characterizations.
Cases of facial asymmetry due to previous dental treatment or abnormal growth of the mandibles can be difficult to correct, most of the time they involve the care of a team in which each specialist try to gain back the symmetry on all third facial profiles, a care from an oral surgeon, plastic surgeon and a cosmetic dentist, sometimes is needed in this complex cases, they take time and is bumpy road while recovering, but it can be done!, I would recommend consulting with a group of surgeon specialized in maxillofacial surgeries and once the asymmetry is corrected, you can restore your smile. Sometimes at the end, all that you will need may be orthodontics, to align your bite better and your teeth will improve as well, enhancing your smile.
You can have the crown removed by using a laser or using conventional high-speed handpiece, both are effective and can be done without damaging the supporting tooth structure. The tooth has to be prepared anyway with a traditional high-speed handpiece in order to provide a new finishing line or margin, so the dental lab can fabricate the new crown sealing the tooth perfectly. Both methods offer the same result, sometimes the laser takes more time and both are done with irrigation, so no overheating is produced on the tooth, since this is our major concern when working on a tooth, prevent overheating that can lead to nerve damage, and both methods offer plenty of irrigation while removing crowns, so no to worry about the procedure of removing your crown.
