Before & after 6 vials of Bellafill and I'm disappointed with my results, what are my options now? (Photos)

I am disappointed in my results and believe the PS did not place Bellafill in the proper areas to achieve the results I wanted & and have seen on dozens other Bellafill recipients. I have a f/u appointment to discuss my final results. She put 4 .5 vials (I asked her to fill my jowls and she did the whole length of my jaw, except the jowl indentations and chin. I had to aak her to fill nose, marionette lines and lines next to corner of my mouth is too full looking. I would like other opinions.

Biostimulators can take up to 6 months for full result because you have to grow your own collagen. to improve jowl area doing later cheek and jawline as well as tip of chin, which sometimes only advanced injectors do, is the most important for pulling up the heaviness. Also the head of the platisma band that is attached to the jowl can be injected with neuromodulator like Botox, Dysport or Xeomin (there are a few more on the market as well). personally I use Radiesse because I really like the look of it. Also your massetor can be minimized by also injecting them with neuromodulators.

Keep in mind, it will take several months for results with Bellafill. However, if you're unhappy with your results, you can have filler placed in the same area. Implants or fat are alternatives. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer

You can use more filler in a variety of areas for volume replacement, including the tear trough, nasojugal groove, malar eminence, nasolabial fold and prejowl sulcus. 
Also, skin resurfacing and skin tightening can be added to optimize the appearance.
If these procedures in concert do not achieve the desired aesthetic outcome, then additional procedures may need to be considered, such as a facelift.
