Will I see a big difference with Renuvion, a thread lift, and a chin implant? (Photos)

Question

I am 43 with loose skin in neck and jowls area with a weak chin. I am considering Renuvion (lower face), thread/suture lift for neck, and a chin implant. My other option is going with a full, or mini neck lift with the chin implant. Would love to hear opinions on these options. I have never liked my profile, and hoping these interventions will help. Open to your feedback. Thanks!

you need skin removal for the best results (ie neck/face lift). you can do amodifed renuvion + platysmaplasty but still its best to do neck lift with lasers like halo or co2. implant and fillers along jaw and on face (with sculptra) will also help improve your look. start peels now: cosmelan or enlighten at home.

With significant neck sagging you would need a neck/face lift with muscle tightening (platysmaplasty). at the same time lasers (fraxel,  co2 or erbium( or microneedling RF (fractora, intensif) can be . performed to improve the crepe skin or wrinkles.  You need a formal consultation, as the neck can be treated with a combination approach:
1. micro needling and lasers for texture
2. botox, disport or xeomin to help platysmal bands
3. intensif or fractora RF microneedling for crepe skin and lifting
4. fillers like belotero, restylane silk, juvederm volbella to improve lines and folds
5. neck/face lifting if sagging is prominent or early starting +/- platysmaplasty (muscle tightening)
6. J plasma/Renuvion, thermiRF, inmode facetite for internal tightening
7. ultherapy and thermage for external tightening
8. regular Venus legacy, exilis ultra, or inmode forma treatments with facials to maintain tightness
9. PDO novathreads or silhouette instalift cone threads for lifting and long-term collagen production

Thank you for your pictures and questions. There is no doubt that the biggest improvement in your neck would be with a necklift procedure +/- chin implant. This would produce the best contour, most long lasting results, and is a good option but requires larger incisions and downtime. I think that if you are looking for a less invasive procedure, I would consider FaceTite, neck liposuction, chin implant, and MyEllevate. This combination of procedures would be much less invasive but would be a great option for a patient like you and would provide significant improvement with only small incisions and less downtime.
