Is it safe to have BBL laser 3 days after Sculptra?

Im 42 and wondering if it will effect my Sculptra results to have BBL laser done 3 days after a Sculptra treatment? Thank you.

Thank you for your question. Sculptra works by stimulating collagen gradually over several weeks, and it’s important to give the treated areas some time to settle after injections. Having a BBL (broadband light) treatment just 3 days after Sculptra is generally not recommended, because the skin can still be sensitive, and laser energy could potentially irritate the treated areas or affect the optimal settling of Sculptra.

Most providers suggest waiting at least 2–3 weeks after Sculptra before doing any aggressive laser treatments, though gentler, non-ablative procedures may sometimes be done sooner with caution. This timing helps ensure your Sculptra results develop as intended and reduces the risk of inflammation or uneven outcomes.

In short, a few extra weeks of spacing will give your skin and Sculptra treatment the best chance to perform optimally.

Yes, it is safe to have laser treatment even the same day as having Sculptra injections.  Unlike typical hyaluronic acid filler injections, Sculptra is not affected by heat based treatments.  Good luck and be well.
