How often can I get Sculptra?

I had Sculptra last year with 3 starting vials,then had a 4th one in Sept 25. I had this done to help fill in cheek/mid face area for more fullness/roundness to look softer & youthful. I’m 37 & naturally thin, I don’t have skin laxity issue just volume. I do believe I notice a difference though not as dramatic as i want. Should I get more Sculptra or switch to filler? I prefer longer lasting treatments &ones that stimulate collagen & give noticeable results. I want to maintain what Sculptra has done but don’t wanna waste money getting more when I don’t need it yet & could get filler or other treatments

I gave up using Sculptra quite a few years ago. It is expensive, does not yield immediate results (usually takes at least three sessions over a three month period of time) and the results last about two years or so. Robust HA volumizing fillers typically yield immediate, on-the-spot "Wow!" reactions, engender little to no significant downtime, and results can last usually 1.5+ years. And, in the hands of an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatologist filler injector expert, the treatment should take no more than about ten to fifteen minutes to perform. What's more, we've discovered that fillers do in fact also contribute to some collagen and elastic fiber production That's pretty much the definition of keeping it simple.
