Am I Able to Get a Bbl Completed with a Seizure Disorder?

     This will really depend upon whether or not your neurologist will clear you for surgery based upon how well the seizures have been controlled and the time that has elapsed since the last seizure.  I perform about 500 Brazilian buttlifts each year, and this procedure is the most surgeon dependent plastic surgery procedure.  Find a plastic surgeon with ELITE credentials who performs hundreds of Brazilian buttlifts each year.  Then look at the plastic surgeon's website before and after photo galleries to get a sense of who can deliver the results.

You can certainly have a BBL if you can get medical clearance from your neurologist. Best to check with him first.

You would need to get clearance from your neurologist in order to be able to undergo the BBL. It may be helpful to have the Plastic Surgeon speak to your neurologist. I have performed the BBL on patients with seizure disorders who have been cleared by their neurologist without any problems. You should seek consultation with a board certified PS with extensive experience performing the BBL. Good luck!

Patients who have a history of a seizure disorder can safely have a Brazilian Butt Lift.  However, you should check first with your neurologist and get their recommendation.   be certain to remain on your anti-seizure medications and let your plastic surgeon and anesthesiologist know about your seizure history.  Best wishes.
