You have the option to both change the shape of your buttocks and enhance it at the same time. When I assess a buttock, there is around 6 different zones I am looking at to put fat in. I don't have to put fat in all 6 of the zones - I can stick fat in just a few of the zones and make you bigger with the same shape or I can put fat in different zones to strategically change the shape. I ask my patients to bring in pictures of the results they would like and I can almost always make it happen for them!

You have to look at BBL as a body contouring and reshaping surgery. The liposuction needs to be complete, and provided you have enough fat the buttock area can be contoured as well. If you do not have enough fat then you and your surgeon have to agree where the fat is to be transferred, to what areas and what would be the results.
